It is an interesting and well-written book, even tantalizing, but ultimately disappointing. This is an exciting collection of eight-three legends of lost, untold fortunes from the Appalachian Mountains in Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama and Georgia, through the Ozark regions of Arkansas, Missouri and Oklahoma.
